How do I access one-to-one support sessions ?

To access one-to-one support sessions, simply reach out to us via email to schedule an appointment. Sessions can be conducted in person, over the phone, or virtually, depending on your preferences and availability.

Are there any age / location restrictions for accessing The Wolfpack Project's services?

All our services are primarily tailored for young people aged 16-35. If you are a young person (16-35) living in Nottinghamshire, you are eligible to join our pack and access our FREE support services.

Is there a cost associated with accessing services?

The Wolfpack Project strives to provide FREE and accessible support services to young people in need. Most of our services are offered free of charge, while others may have a nominal fee or suggested donation. Please inquire about specific costs when accessing our services.

Can I refer someone to The Wolfpack Project for support?

Yes, if you know a young person who could benefit from our services, you can refer them to us by encouraging them to reach out directly or by contacting us on their behalf. All referrals are handled with care and confidentiality.

How can I get involved as a volunteer ?

We welcome volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. We offer a variety of volunteer roles, including marketing event support, group facilitation, workshops, fundraising assistance, and administrative support. Whether you have specific skills to offer or simply want to lend a helping hand, there’s a role for you to contribute to our mission.

What to do when I am struggling and The Wolfpack Project is not around?

 We understand that there may be times when you’re struggling and need support, even when The Wolfpack Project isn’t immediately available. During such times, we encourage you to reach out to other support resources in your community. such as the Samaritans (helpline: 116 123), or visiting their website at www.samaritans.org. Seeking support from trusted friends or family members, or accessing online mental health resources can also be helpful. Remember that it’s okay to ask for help, and there are people and organisations ready to support you, even when The Wolfpack Project isn’t accessible. If you’re unsure where to turn for help, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we can provide you with information on additional support options. You’re not alone, and there are resources available to help you through difficult times.

Where can I get tickets for The Wolfpack Project's events?

 Our Eventbrite page features all our upcoming events . Make sure to follow us here to never miss an update. To book tickets for our events, simply follow these easy steps:

  • Visit our Eventbrite page 
  • Browse through the list of upcoming events and select the event you’d like to attend.
  • Click on the event to view more details and recommendations.
  • Select the number of FREE tickets you’d like to RESERVE and proceed to checkout. 

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket details.

What can I expect in each group session or event?

In our group sessions and events, you can expect a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where you can connect with others, share experiences, and participate in activities focused on building community and promoting positive mental health.  Our sessions may include discussions, workshops, creative activities, laughs and giggles and opportunities for personal growth and development.

Group sizes may vary depending on the nature of the session or event. Typically, our group sessions accommodate small (5-8) to medium-sized (10-15) groups to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. What should I do if I'm unable to attend an event after purchasing tickets?

We typically have our support team make calls to confirm your attendance approximately a day before the event. If you find yourself unable to attend after this confirmation call, please notify us as soon as possible. You can inform us of your change in plans by:

  1. Responding to our confirmation call to let us know directly.
  2. Messaging us on our social media channels or WhatsApp to inform us about the change.
  3. Self-cancelling your ticket through Eventbrite. To cancel your ticket, simply log in to your Eventbrite account, go to the “Tickets” section, find the ticket for the event you wish to cancel, and select the option to cancel or refund your ticket.

We appreciate your efforts in informing us about your cancellation, as this allows us to allocate the seat to someone on the waiting list. Your cooperation helps ensure that our events run smoothly and that all participants have the opportunity to attend.

How can I opt out of The Wolfpack Project's services?

If you no longer wish to participate in our programs or receive communications from us, you can opt out at any time by contacting us via email at hello@thewolfpackproject.org.uk. Please provide your name and contact information, and we will promptly update our records accordingly.

Does the charity offer remote or virtual support options?

Yes, we understand that not everyone can attend in-person sessions or events. That’s why we offer remote or virtual support options for individuals who prefer to access our services from the comfort of their own home. You can participate in virtual support groups, one-to-one sessions, and workshops. Keep an eye on our Eventbrite page for announcements about upcoming online support sessions.
