Referring someone to The Wolfpack Project
We support people aged between 16-35 years old who have an NG postcode. Depending on the level of support needed, here are the following options:
◾️Young People can follow the steps on our Individuals page to sign up and get stuck into groups and support.
◾️Professionals can send in a referral form and we will review it, and then arrange an initial contact meeting together. Young person can then decide on how they want to get involved.
To enquire, email referral@thewolfpackproject.org.uk
Unless stated as a preference, all meetings will take place at our office in Sherwood but can be arranged online if needed.
Support Workers are welcome to groups if needed by the young person, but we ask that support workers also book if they going to be joining our activity. All of our groups are bookable on Eventbrite, simply click here to check them out.
If you are a parent/guardian/carer and would like to discuss any support further.
