– Practising active listening and empathy
– Boundaries and confidentiality of the role
Completion of the course gives access to the Association of Mental Health First Aiders for 3 years.
Refresher
MHFA training should be kept up to date every three years to keep knowledge and skills current.
This is a 4 hour session for those that have done the full 2-day course and want to recertify.

The Wolfpack Project has become a key voice in raising the profile of loneliness in young people across Nottinghamshire. Through our education tutorials, we found that staff were learning just as much, with many feeding back how much it’s helped them.
We have developed our Loneliness Awareness sessions to bring together knowledge & research alongside practical tools & strategies.
For Managers, this will look more around the impact within an organisation and how fostering a sense of belonging is key to the workplace.
For Staff, this will centre on how we can create space for connections at work and look after our wellbeing.
